If not born white will probably have less easy access to goods, and more easily will be unemployed. In Portugal it is said that “Black stopped is a suspect and running is a thief.” In England the blacks have more lucky than the Portuguese, but unemployment rates are invariably higher for non-white, showing that opportunities for access to the labor market are very different. However, the youth unemployment rate rose to 23%, the situation was explosive, literally just a short fuse.
More, the UK has a proportion of its children living in workless households than any other EU country.
Europe must listen to these warnings!
